4. Boot CAMP
Our Boot Camp program promotes fat loss, increased strength, and improved endurance with camaraderie and team effort. Our Boot Camp program is designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Boot Camps are organized at outdoors parks and indoors, using your bodyweight and different exercises that are safe with control.
You will develop a ton of self-confidence and feel stronger in mind-and-body. We meet a few times a week for about 40 minutes.
Exercises include lifting weights/objects, pulling objects, pushups, sit-ups, and various intense explosive exercise routines. We commence with dynamic stretching. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs and/or small teams.
Our Boot Camp program provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym. We also offer nutritional advice.
Our Boot Camp programs run for 4 to 6 weeks for beginners, intermediate, and advanced individuals.
